Notifications are missing

For BIG SMS, check message notifications in BIG SMS and Android Settings.

  1. Identify which app should create the notification.
  2. For BIG SMS, check Preferences → Messages → System Message notification.
  3. For BIG SMS sound, vibration, lock-screen display or notification-channel settings, open Preferences → Messages → Sound and visual configuration.
  4. If an app shortcut should blink on the BIG Launcher home screen, check Preferences → Screens' options → Blinking button when an app shows a notification and allow Notification access when Android asks.
