If you want a clearer display of missed calls in BIG Phone, start from the BIG Launcher home screen. Tap the three dots next to the clock and choose “Preferences”. Then choose “Phone” and find the option “Show missed calls”.
Enable the missed calls section
When you enable this option, the call list will contain a special section for missed calls. These calls remain marked as missed until you tap “Mark all seen”.
Mark missed calls as seen
After you tap “Mark all seen”, the missed calls are marked as seen and moved into the complete call list in chronological order.
