Check Android and phone settings

Check the Android defaults, permissions, sound and battery settings used by BIG apps.

  1. Open Android Settings and check which apps are set as the home, phone and SMS defaults.
  2. For BIG Phone, open Preferences → Phone → System settings for Incoming call notification when incoming-call sound, vibration or lock-screen display needs checking.
  3. For BIG SMS, open Preferences → Messages → Sound and visual configuration when message sound, vibration or lock-screen display needs checking.
  4. Check ringtone, notification and alarm volume, including Do Not Disturb.
