BIG Launcher allows you to easily manage audio devices for your calls, whether you need to switch on the fly or set a preferred default. Android phones can connect to various audio devices for calling, including Bluetooth headsets and the built-in loudspeaker.
Switching Audio Devices During a Call
If you need to change your audio output during an active call, BIG Launcher makes it simple:
- During a call, locate the second button on the screen.
- This button displays the currently active audio device.
- Tap this button to cycle through all available audio devices until you find the one you wish to use.
Setting a Default Audio Device for All Calls
To ensure your preferred audio device is used by default for every call made through BIG Launcher, follow these steps:
- From the BIG Launcher home screen, touch the three dots located next to the clock.
- Select Preferences from the menu.
- Tap on Phone.
- On the subsequent screen, find and tap on “Default audio device for calls.”
- Choose your preferred audio device (e.g., loudspeaker, Bluetooth headset) from the options provided.
Once set, BIG Launcher will automatically use this device for all future calls. Please note: The visual interface in the video may reflect an older version of Android or BIG Launcher, though the core steps for these settings typically remain consistent.
