To mark a contact as favorite, go to the BIG Launcher home screen and tap the Phone button. Open the contacts list, choose the contact you want, and select “Add star”.

When you go back to the contacts list, the contact will appear in the starred contacts section.
Find starred contacts
You can remove the star in the same way. Open the contact again and remove the star. After that, the contact will no longer appear in the starred contacts section.
