During a phone call, you may accidentally or intentionally switch from the active BIG Phone call screen to another app, for example to BIG Launcher. There are several ways to return to the active call.
Use the Android notification drawer
The first method is to pull down the Android notification drawer. You should see a phone call notification, usually highlighted. Tap this notification and you will return to the active call screen.
Use the Phone button in BIG Launcher
If you are in BIG Launcher, you can also tap the Phone button. The first item at the top should be “Active phone call”. Tap it to return to the active call screen. If this item is not visible, it must be enabled in BIG Launcher Preferences in the “Phone” section.
Use Android recent apps
The third option is to use the Android recent apps screen. Tap the recent apps button, usually the button with three lines at the bottom of the screen. Android will show previews of running apps, including the active call screen. Tap it to return to the call.
