Alarm does not ring

Check the enabled alarm, time, alarm volume and Do Not Disturb, then make a test alarm.

  1. Check in the phone’s alarm app that the alarm is enabled and set for the intended time.
  2. Check the phone’s alarm volume and Do Not Disturb settings.
  3. Create a test alarm a few minutes ahead and keep the phone locked until it should ring.
  4. If it still does not ring, contact support with the phone model, Android version and alarm app name.
