Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically unless you cancel. A yearly plan is charged for the whole year, not one month at a time.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring payments. Check whether the Lifetime option you select is for one app or for all three.
If you only want BIG Phone or BIG SMS, check the single-app plans in that app's Preferences.
