Before you restore
If you reinstall an app or move to a new phone, use the same Google account you used for the original purchase. Make sure the phone is connected to the internet.
Restore BIG Apps Suite PREMIUM
- Open BIG Launcher. Tap the three dots next to the clock, choose Preferences, then tap Buy/refresh the full version.
- If your purchase has not appeared automatically, tap Restore purchases.
Once the Suite purchase is restored, return to BIG Launcher and launch BIG Phone and BIG SMS directly from it to activate their licenses.
Restore a single-app purchase
- Open the app you bought: BIG Launcher, BIG Phone or BIG SMS.
- Open its Preferences, choose the full-version purchase option, then tap Restore purchases.
A single-app purchase restores access to that app only.
Check Lifetime access and missing purchases
If you bought a Lifetime license before subscriptions were introduced, you keep Lifetime access to each app you purchased. You do not need a subscription for those apps.
If the purchase still does not appear, check that you are using the original Google account. For a subscription, also check that it is still active in Google Play.
