The phone does not ring

Use the BIG Phone ringtone and incoming-call notification settings, then make a test call.

  1. Check that BIG Phone is the default phone app; only the default phone app can show incoming call screens and access call history.
  2. Open Preferences → Phone → Select phone ringtone sound and choose the incoming-call ringtone.
  3. If there is still no ringtone, open Preferences → Phone → Fix: no ringtone sound.
  4. Check volume and Do Not Disturb, then lock the phone and make a test call from another number.
