Paid app is still locked

BIG Launcher, BIG Phone and BIG SMS are bought separately. Check the app and Google account used for the purchase.

  1. Open the BIG app that is still locked and confirm that it is the app you purchased.
  2. Check that Google Play is using the Google account that made that app’s purchase.
  3. In that app, open Preferences → Buy/refresh the full version → Restore purchases.
  4. If it remains locked, contact support with the app name and the Google Play order number if available.

BIG Launcher, BIG Phone and BIG SMS are bought separately. Restoring BIG Launcher does not unlock BIG Phone or BIG SMS.
