Paid app is still locked

You can buy one BIG app on its own, or BIG Apps Suite PREMIUM for all three. Check the app and Google account used for the purchase.

  1. Open the BIG app that is still locked. If it was purchased as part of BIG Apps Suite PREMIUM, open BIG Launcher instead.
  2. Check that Google Play is using the Google account used for the single-app or BIG Apps Suite PREMIUM purchase.
  3. For a single-app purchase, open that app and choose Preferences → Buy/refresh the full version → Restore purchases. For BIG Apps Suite PREMIUM, use the same option in BIG Launcher.
  4. If it remains locked, contact support with the app name and the Google Play order number if available.

You can buy one BIG app on its own, or BIG Apps Suite PREMIUM for all three. A BIG Launcher single-app purchase does not unlock BIG Phone or BIG SMS. Restoring BIG Apps Suite PREMIUM in BIG Launcher unlocks all three.
